The “Tu Dinh Residential, Sports, and Entertainment Complex – High-rise Residential Building CT2” project is a mixed-use apartment complex featuring 18 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels. The basement levels house technical facilities (such as potable water tanks and fire-fighting water tanks) and parking space for 140 cars and 420 motorcycles. The first floor includes an entrance lobby, a waiting area, a laundry room, a mini-shop, a restaurant, a communal activity room, a kindergarten, and various technical facilities to support the building. Floors 2 through 18 consist of residential apartments for sale.
